Down South CaJJun Eats was founded by twin brothers Jahmaal and Jermaine Dumes in the Spring of 2017. While Studying at Southwestern University in Georgetown, TX they decided to take a leap of faith. Originally from Beaumont, TX, they felt they needed to bring a taste of home to Austin, Texas. And that was CRAWFISH!
From there they grew into seafood boils, fried baskets, pastas, gumbo, and more right off the 35! Now in their first brick-and-mortar location, Down South CaJJun Eats is open 5 nights a week with their headlining R&B Fridays and Sunday Brunch & Sunday Funday!
